Circuitos Diferenciados
Monday November 9th, 2009The Circuitos Diferenciados offer an educational and informative program through free train rides to the communities of Ouro Preto and Mariana and public schools in the region.
Every Thursday (except holidays), the program offers the Public School Circuito and the Community Circuito to the local population.
The Public School Circuito is aimed at the public schools of Ouro Preto and Mariana, offering an educational program made up of free round-trip train rides, plus a guided tour of the equipment set up at the Program’s Train Stations.
To participate, the principal of the interested school should call (31) 3551-7310 and schedule a class trip.
The Community Circuito offers free train trips to the residents of Ouro Preto and Mariana. Along the way, monitors provide the passengers with information and facts about the route.
Scheduling for the Community Circuito is handled through organized affiliations, such as neighborhood associations, folkloric groups, colleges, etc.
